Nonprofit Enterprises at Work’s (NEW) core values:  investment in community and promoting collaboration and innovation are the driving forces behind the transformation and renovation of their existing facility. The existing facility is located on North Main Street in Ann Arbor alongside the Huron River, railroad, and the Border-to-Border (B2B) trail. Current tenants of the NEW Facility are non-profits with shared values, such as Scenic Michigan, Associations of Outdoor Recreation, Detroit Rescue Mission, Huron River Watershed, and many more. Through extensive renovation of the building and site, the design provides small non-profits with an empowering and communal co-working space along with shared supportive facilities including organizational development, information technology, financial consulting, and bookkeeping.
