Pomona Residence

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

This design-build project was a complete transformation of a simple mid-century home into a modern sanctuary. Added 700 square foot addition. With a limited budget, a series of beautiful living spaces with views focused on the wooded landscape was created. Highly-insulated walls and windows significantly improve energy efficiency.
